By accessing or using SocialX, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About SocialX

SocialX is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel that provides digital services such as followers, likes, views, and other engagement services through third-party providers. SocialX is not affiliated with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

Users must follow the rules and policies of the respective social media platforms. Use of SocialX is at the user’s own risk. Minors may use the service only under guardian responsibility.

3. User Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account. All activities done through the account are the user’s responsibility. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Balance

All payments are prepaid. Added balance is non-refundable and non-transferable. Incorrect UTR, transaction ID, or payment details are the user’s responsibility. Balance can only be used within the SocialX platform.

5. Orders & Delivery

Order start time and delivery speed depend on the selected service. Delays may occur due to server, API, or platform-related issues. Partial delivery does not guarantee a refund unless clearly stated.

6. Refill & Drop Policy

Refill is available only if mentioned in the service description. No refill will be provided if the username is changed, the account becomes private, or the content is deleted. Drops are normal in SMM services and permanence is not guaranteed.

7. No Guarantee

SocialX does not guarantee account safety, growth, monetization, or sales. All services are provided for marketing and testing purposes only.

8. Prohibited Usage

Users must not use SocialX for scams, fraud, illegal activities, political content, adult content, or harassment. Violation of this rule will result in account suspension without any refund.

9. Third-Party Services

All services are delivered through third-party providers. SocialX is not responsible for any account bans, content removal, or platform actions.

10. Refund Policy

No refunds are provided after an order is placed. Refunds are only applicable if the service is marked refundable and the order is not started.

11. Support Policy

Support is provided only through official SocialX channels. Fake screenshots, false claims, or misuse of support will result in account termination.

12. Account Suspension

SocialX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, cancel orders, or change services and pricing without prior notice.

13. Changes to Terms

SocialX may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian Law. All disputes will be handled under Indian jurisdiction.
